Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical discovery to understand prospects’ environments, challenges, and observability requirements.
  • •Tailor and deliver product demos and technical presentations that show how the solution addresses customer needs.
  • •Design, scope, and manage proof of concepts; document findings and present results to customers.
  • •Partner with Account Executives to develop technical sales strategies and serve as the technical subject matter expert across the sales cycle.
  • •Develop technical sales collateral (demo environments, presentations, best-practice guides) and deliver technical training to the Sales organization.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 216,562 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the software industry.
  • •Deep technical understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing) and tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  • •Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
