Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks pipelines using PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, notebooks, and workflows.
•Develop SAP S/4HANA and ECC datasets across bronze/silver/gold layers for key business domains.
•Translate SAP business processes into trusted facts, dimensions, metrics, measures, and reusable semantic data assets.
•Implement data quality, reconciliation, validation, lineage, observability, and production support for business-ready datasets.
•Use Unity Catalog and Immuta to manage catalogs, permissions, tags, lineage, and fine-grained access controls, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI engineering, or enterprise data platform development.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
•Strong practical experience with Databricks, Apache Spark/PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and production-grade data pipelines.
•Proven ability to model and build curated datasets from SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, including SAP data structures and extraction methods.
•Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog and working knowledge of Immuta (or similar) for governed, fine-grained data access.
