Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IFX Chief of Staff and teams to deliver the roadmap, owning and directing work across teams for on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • •Drive innovation in process and execution across the portfolio and create executive-ready presentations and materials.
  • •Lead special projects autonomously and with cross-functional partners, including strategic planning and uncovering critical efficiencies.
  • •Understand leaders’ intent and vision, drive and track goals and priorities, and tackle issues via escalation and accountability.
  • •Align operations with strategy through influence across business units and functions, building relationships and acting as a sounding board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in project management, process management, Agile delivery, or as a team lead.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions.
  • •At least 2 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences.
  • •At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery projects.
