Job Summary

Conduct UX research to uncover product and business opportunities and run independent studies across user experience areas. Collect and analyze user behavior using interviews, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and A/B testing. Partner with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Operations teams to prioritize research, translate technical/business requirements into studies, and advocate findings through reports and presentations.
