Senior Intellectual Property Counsel - (B5)

Provide hands-on patent counsel to support advanced R&D and technology initiatives, partnering with engineering teams and business leadership. Help shape and execute IP strategies by delivering IP landscape analyses, freedom-to-operate assessments, risk evaluations, and patent vs. trade secret guidance. Manage patent portfolios across invention capture, prosecution strategy, foreign filings, and outside counsel coordination, while supporting IP enforcement, defensive activities, and process improvements.
