Job Summary

Lead digital delivery for the environmental remediation business in US West, from shaping the strategy and roadmap to driving execution across new and existing engagements. You’ll assess digital opportunities, define scope and benefits, coordinate matrixed resources without line-management authority, and perform hands-on solutions when needed. Partner with the regional Digital Director of Operations, translate business needs into technical direction, ensure QA/QC and scalable solutions, and report outcomes and progress to leadership.

•Identify where maturing digital technology use will create value across the remediation business and recommend next steps to leadership.
•Define scope, resources, timing, and expected benefits for digital initiatives, and present clear recommendations for decision-making.
•Lead delivery of digital initiatives across new and existing engagements, ensuring scope, timing, quality, and expected benefits are met within standards.
•Perform hands-on solution work where needed, including configuration/build on Smartsheet and the Microsoft platform.
•Act as a translation layer between business and technical resources, overseeing QA/QC, scalability/usability, and delivering SOPs, templates, and playbooks.

•BA/BS and 8 years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency, in digital delivery or digital transformation (or related field).

•Hands-on experience configuring and administering Smartsheet, including Advanced Work Management (AWM).
•Experience configuring solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
•Experience in environmental remediation activities, consulting, or management.
