Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise team processing, tracking, and recording of separations (resignation/termination) and related documentation.
  • •Coordinate ticketing and exit permits with Head Office/Immigration and camps/PMV for deportation of separated workers.
  • •Process and track leaves (annual, unpaid, emergency, sick) including tickets/exit permits and duty resumption paperwork.
  • •Confirm new arrivals and ensure accurate recording and reporting across HR, Operations, Camps, and PMV.
  • •Manage labor relations activities including investigations, grievance procedures, and supporting collective bargaining/contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant labor relations/HR experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • •Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage labor disputes, grievances, and contract negotiations.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus experience investigating disputes and interpreting labor contracts.
