Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the optimization, testing, and documentation of sophisticated communication systems, ensuring high performance through technical support of specialized product applications.
  • •Provision system infrastructure and troubleshoot software-driven electronics, including RF and Broadband architectures such as digital P25, data infrastructure, and legacy analog systems.
  • •Execute maintenance for server hardware, operating systems, and software, resolving application issues through expert troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct routine preventative maintenance with an emphasis on trend analysis to guarantee consistent system operation.
  • •Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to deliver advanced solutions that exceed customer expectations.
