Instrumentation & Controls Project Engineer | Semiconductor Construction

Lead instrumentation and controls (I&C) scope for semiconductor construction projects as part of Global Construction Engineering. Assess feasibility early, develop discipline scope and design criteria through field walks, and act as the owner’s representative during detailed design and construction by external partners. Coordinate with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources, manage integrator/consultant performance, and ensure budgets align with Intel standards and change processes.
