•Establish uniform project planning and execution processes across all projects.
•Coordinate and synchronize across global teams including product, Bose lab, system, and software development to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
•Facilitate dissemination of project management best practices and assist with process/toolkits from global PMO.
•Monitor local ecosystem partners to identify key partnerships and manage supplier/third-party engagements.
•Lead project status meetings by establishing standardized reporting structures across all projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Master’s degree preferred
•>5 years project management experience for software-related products in a B2B global company
•PMP certification strongly desired
•Experience with ASPICE and Agile methodologies
•Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
