Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to federal agencies and law enforcement as they scale investigative capabilities using TRM. Draft rapid client alerts on sanctions changes, provide same-day guidance for stuck customer traces, and stand up tailored training within days. Own a portfolio of public sector accounts end to end—driving adoption and enablement while supporting renewals and expansion. Work with an async-first Customer Success team on rapid-response and on-call escalations.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Draft and send client alerts on new sanctions designations within hours of release.
•Provide same-day guidance for stuck customer traces, walking customers through TRM methodology.
•Respond to urgent questions same-day and stand up tailored training within days.
•Own a portfolio of public sector accounts as the trusted bridge between TRM and government missions.
•Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent escalations and time-sensitive events.

Key Requirements

•Government-side experience as a former LE, IC, or agency analyst, or an embedded contractor, with hands-on crypto-tracing or blockchain investigative experience.
•Ability to validate others’ crypto traces and guide them to the right investigative methodology.
•Experience with government or other high-trust customers, owning the relationship end to end through adoption, enablement, and expansion setup.
•Strong communication and training skills to explain complex investigations to analysts at varying skill levels.
•Fluency with AI tools and the judgment to verify outputs.
