Universal Banker II - The Chesapeake Area

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a superior client experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
