•Maintain 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with UHNW and Upper HNW prospects and clients, with access to key decision-makers and a proactive, regular calling programme.
•Originate and execute opportunities across the full Global Private Bank product and service offering, partnering with colleagues to deliver the right Group solutions.
•Co-ordinate with investment advisors, credit specialists, wealth planners and product specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
•Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and risk management, ensuring the required KYC quality.
•Ensure pricing aligns with bank’s value proposition and is implemented correctly.

Key Requirements

•Strong relationship management experience in private banking or investment banking, serving UHNW and Upper HNW clients.

•Demonstrated track record in asset gathering, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
•Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
•Strong customer service focus, with highly developed communication skills.
