Commercial Senior Portfolio Manager

Manage a commercial credit portfolio by performing forward-looking financial analysis, assessing borrower performance, and identifying emerging credit issues early. Own portfolio risk outcomes while ensuring adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines. Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit Risk across the deal lifecycle—credit structuring, pricing, risk ratings, and due diligence—while approving or recommending renewal, modification, exit, and documenting underwriting decisions. Provide portfolio reporting and guidance to junior team members.
