Key Responsibilities

  • •Implements sales strategies to drive store sales and align with company goals.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and increasing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Continue to build client relationships daily with our customers and educate on product, community, and culture.
  • •Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow including merchandising and replenishment as needed.
