Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical packaging knowledge to multidisciplinary teams to support optimal packaging design across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats.
  • •Lead packaging development projects with a consumer-first mindset, including large/complex projects and delivery of NPD and VE initiatives.
  • •Lead from a packaging perspective supply chain projects involving new equipment (including filling and packaging lines) and commissioning packaging formats.
  • •Develop and implement industrialized packaging solutions, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes.
  • •Support the packaging team through coaching and by developing new/improved or more cost-efficient packaging within the innovation and cost-out pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed packaging, engineering, or science degree.
  • •8+ years of experience in packaging development in a complex/matrix organization.
  • •Ability to lead large/complex packaging projects independently, providing scenarios and recommendations to align stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication skills including informing, influencing, stakeholder management, and network building.
  • •Fluent business English (written and verbal) and an ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
