Senior Packaging Technologist

Lead and coordinate advanced packaging development at Kraft Heinz, driving consumer-first packaging designs across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. You’ll manage cross-functional projects in a complex matrix, oversee NPD and value engineering, and guide equipment commissioning and CAPEX into the supply network. You’ll coach teammates and translate consumer trends into scalable, cost-efficient packaging solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
