Key Responsibilities

•Architect the US Talent Engine (0 to 1 Building) by designing, implementing, and scaling US recruitment processes, from ATS optimization to interview frameworks and employer branding.
•Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all US hires, building a robust pipeline across functions and proactively sourcing candidates with semiconductor/AI expertise.
•Act as a trusted talent advisor to US and global leaders, helping define evolving roles, calibrate market compensation, and build high-performing teams from scratch in a dynamic startup.
•Pivot in a fast-moving startup environment, bringing clarity and execution to hiring priorities even when requirements are not 100% defined.
•Help establish FuriosaAI’s employer brand in the Silicon Valley ecosystem through events and networking to attract top talent in AI infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•Full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
•Solid understanding of the semiconductor or AI hardware ecosystem, enough to engage technical candidates credibly
•Strong sourcing skills; you know how to find and close people who aren't looking
•Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build process where little exists
•Cross-cultural communication skills; you will work closely with APAC time zones
