Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and update an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
•Collaborate with project management, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
•Monitor schedule performance and progress, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
•Support risk management activities by proactively identifying potential issues, forecasting delays, and recommending corrective actions or schedule adjustments.
•Conduct risk assessments, including the preparation and execution of Monte Carlo simulations to evaluate schedule reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent training and experience)
•3 years in program or project scheduling, preferably within an aerospace, defense, or engineering environment
•Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software
•Strong understanding of CPM, Earned Value Management (EVM), and dependency management; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
•Certification in scheduling or project management such as PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable
