Key Responsibilities

•Lead and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Zurich’s multinational employee benefits footprint across APAC, aligning on engagement, KPIs, and growth objectives.
•Build, manage, and deepen partnerships with international clients, brokers, and consulting firms to accelerate business growth.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, secure major multinational accounts, and drive revenue and retention targets.
•Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to create tailored, compliant employee benefits programs focused on group accident, life, health, and travel, including pooling and captive arrangements.
•Track regulatory changes and market trends to inform strategy, ensure consistent delivery and claims management via broker networks, and promote Zurich at industry events.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience distributing and growing employee benefits solutions for multinational clients.
•Proven track record of success in the APAC region, especially Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and India.
•Solid relationships with key international brokers and consulting partners.
•Expertise in life and health benefits, including pooling and captive arrangements.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 15 years’ experience in senior commercial and distribution roles.
