Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day marketplace account operations, including listing creation, content quality, and pricing/stock accuracy.
  • •Resolve listing errors/suppressions/policy violations and liaise with platform support to close disputes.
  • •Optimize listings for SEO, run PPC campaigns, manage the Brand Store and enhanced product content, and execute promotions.
  • •Coordinate fulfillment and inventory tasks: shipments, restocking, stock reconciliation, returns, removals, and unsellable inventory.
  • •Lead and mentor a team: assign tasks, review performance, set SOPs; coordinate with logistics/finance/marketing and escalate issues with action plans.

Key Requirements
