Job Summary

Join the Growth Businesses Legal team to support Fleet projects and broader commercial matters across multiple markets. You’ll draft, review, and redline partnership and service agreements, leasing and drive-to-own structures, and financing arrangements, while providing advice across civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law. Partner with business, finance, tax, and operations teams to address cross-border structuring, monitor regulations, and build reusable legal templates and standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal support for Fleet projects across multiple markets, including drafting and negotiating fleet partnership and service agreements, drive-to-own and leasing structures, and advance-payment/financing arrangements.
•Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts, templates, and policies, including partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use.
•Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters.
•Support cross-border legal structuring by flagging regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations and coordinating with local counsel as needed.
•Monitor relevant regulations across assigned markets and produce clear legal analysis with practical recommendations, while building reusable templates and collaborating on regional/global projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 54,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, ideally supporting IT, tech, or platform companies.
•Solid grounding in civil and commercial law, with exposure to financing/leasing, consumer, or marketing/advertising law.
•Familiarity with digital platform regulation is a plus.
•Strong drafting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Proficiency in English (additional/local language proficiency is a plus).
