Build and lead a team of presales Solutions Engineers for the Americas, owning the region’s technical sales strategy and performance. Lead hands-on technical deal support, guide forecasting and key account sponsorship, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion in partnership with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. Recruit, ramp, mentor, and manage team performance while bringing field insights back to shape product direction and enable channel partners.
