Job Summary

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for standard settlement instructions (SSI) and counterparty-related workflows. Update fund settlement instructions in the banking core system, ensure securities are correctly linked to their place of settlement and place of account keeping (PSET), and run daily controls with KPI monitoring. Own compliance with internal/external rules and best practices, apply Functional Instruction Manual (FIM) requirements, and help drive automation initiatives while supporting UAT for process or system changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Update fund settlement instructions in the banking core system.
•Ensure securities are properly linked to their place of settlement and place of account keeping (PSET).
•Perform daily controls and KPI monitoring in accordance with checklists.
•Carry out tasks in compliance with internal and external rules, regulations, and best practices.
•Drive process automation and participate in UAT when changes impact SSI activities.

Key Requirements

•Provide Private Banking/Investment Banking operational experience relevant to settlement instructions and counterparty management.
•Have prior experience with Masterfile/Data Reference Data and Securities Pricing.
•Maintain strong knowledge across asset types including Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Derivatives, and FX.
•Demonstrate strong analytical and investigation skills to resolve issues using FIM requirements, local procedures, and audit recommendations.
•Use good technical and office tools skills, with strong communication, client orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
