  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on surface and/or underground mining equipment.
  • •Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures and make repairs.
  • •Remove, repair, and install equipment components and subassemblies; support major repairs/overhauls.
  • •Provide technical guidance on diagnostics and maintenance best practices and recommend maintenance-plan improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Career in technical studies or engineering in Mechanical, Electronics, Electricity, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience maintaining surface drilling machines and/or underground mining equipment.
  • •Experience working with Epiroc equipment or multi-brand equipment is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems, including RCS (Rig Control System) and reading technical manuals.
  • •Availability to work 14x7 in mining operations; driving license type B is desirable.
