Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute EHS strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • •Utilize KPI metrics to drive EHS performance and communicate results, initiatives, and action plans to stakeholders.
  • •Ensure site adherence to Kraft Heinz EHS policies/procedures and revise them as necessary.
  • •Implement EHS Management Systems and Best Practices; drive continuous improvement toward a zero-incident mindset.
  • •Develop and manage the department EHS financial budget; provide training and facilitate Workers’ Compensation processes as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent (required).
  • •Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in safety and environmental management.
  • •Experience with Process Safety Management and Risk Management programs (preferred).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, DOT regulations, and management systems such as ISO 14001 (or Safety Management Systems).
  • •Professional designations such as CHCM, 30-hour OSHA Certified, Ergonomics certification, CSP, or ASP (preferred).
