Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly support Global Head of ERM Oversight of Global Payments Solutions and Global Trade Solutions in delivering enterprise-wide connected risk views and timely reporting.
  • •Use tools to conduct cross-risk analysis and aggregation, synthesizing macro, regulatory, and strategic context into concise enterprise insights.
  • •Provide stakeholder orchestration across Risk and Compliance for enterprise reporting cycles, enabling timely decisions and sign-off under CRCO delegation.
  • •Produce and coordinate executive materials (packs, dashboards, committee papers, briefings) for senior forums with an enterprise narrative of what’s changing, why it matters, and what to do next.
  • •Support ERM-wide periodic operational loss forecasting and risk appetite refresh exercises for GPS and GTS.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of the Payments and/or Trade business and related regulatory landscape and industry trends is essential.
  • •Hands-on operations experience in Payments/Trade, with broad understanding of technology infrastructure, third-party dependencies, and data flows.
  • •Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous information flows to anticipate emerging risk impacts and understand event/decision impacts on the business and strategy.
  • •Understanding of risk management: identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks.
