Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist PE&R&D engineers with designing tooling/jigs/fixtures and participate in reviews and communication for mold-related方案.
  • •Independently design tooling/jigs/fixtures based on process or R&D needs and prepare consumable/wear part lists.
  • •Communicate with relevant suppliers regarding cost and lead times.
  • •Evaluate mold design proposals and other non-standard mechanical solutions.
  • •Improve existing tooling/jigs/fixtures to increase stability and reduce wear, including troubleshooting using tools such as 5W1H, fishbone diagram, and PDCA; guide operators with work instructions and JSA; help validate production line capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a mechanical engineering-related major.
  • •3+ years of experience designing non-standard machining jigs/fixtures, with strong machining experience; precision mold knowledge is preferred.
  • •Proficient with 3D tools such as Core, SolidWorks, and CAD; familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong communication, coordination, and ability to work under pressure.
  • •Basic understanding of Six Sigma concepts (e.g., standard deviation, CPK) is expected.
