Customer Success Manager, DFR Majors (South Central)

Own end-to-end implementation, usage, retention, and expansion for Public Safety customers, serving as the bridge between customers and Skydio’s technical teams. Build scalable onboarding processes, manage enterprise implementation projects, and drive proactive support through cadence-based follow-ups, quarterly business reviews, and loyalty/account management. Quantify customer feedback to improve fit and ensure renewals and expansions for a portfolio of ~20 accounts.
