Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial due diligence professionals on buy-side and sell-side transactions for a client base including corporate clients, private equity groups and commercial lenders
  • •Coordinate engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and leverage cross-functional teams and international colleagues as needed
  • •Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers across industries
  • •Examine and analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital impacts
  • •Draft socialized reports with findings on quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance, including key issues in a transaction

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • •Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
  • •Industry recognized professional certification; CPA or related license/certification preferred
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers & acquisitions
  • •Ability to travel as needed; expected travel up to 25%
