Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a distributed team of backend engineers fully asynchronously across time zones.
  • •Hire, onboard, and develop an India-based engineering cluster, including intermediate engineers and a senior technical anchor.
  • •Balance database health responsibilities with replacement of the multi-quarter migration system while keeping both on track.
  • •Protect the replatforming program’s critical path by limiting production interruptions and meeting operational commitments.
  • •Coach engineers across levels and run an async-first process using written decision records and visible priorities.
