Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree with 6+ months of Quality, Engineering, or Operations experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, or other heavily-regulated industries; or Bachelor’s with 2+ years; or Associate’s with 4+ years; or High School with specialized technical/military training plus 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and procedures to assess test specimen conformance to requirements.
  • •Preference for a university degree ideally in Engineering (Mechanical or Quality Engineering preferred).
  • •Knowledge of inspection tools/equipment and Quality Management Systems (e.g., AS9100).
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and be familiar with GD&T.
