Treasury Management ACH Origination Specialist

Onboard new clients for ACH origination and ensure their treasury management services are configured correctly to originate. Serve as the primary point of contact for ACH origination inquiries, providing phone support, issue resolution, technical assistance, and guidance on transactions, file formats, and error resolution. Validate client documentation, process maintenance requests like limit adjustments and account updates, troubleshoot file rejections, and support quality assurance through daily operations.
