Develop and refine state-of-the-art NLP and machine learning models for autonomous voice agents and business communications. Evaluate and monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage large textual datasets. Build LLM-based features for reasoning, multilingual and multimodal processing, and agent capabilities, then collaborate with engineering, product, and design to deploy and scale production systems. Share research by publishing papers and reviewing submissions.
