Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with mechanical teams to develop control sequences, diagrams, and points lists for mechanical building/process systems.
  • •Coordinate with electrical teams to develop electrical distribution and conditioning network architectures and points lists.
  • •Coordinate with ICT teams to define structured ethernet cabling interfaces to control panels and end devices.
  • •Design resilient OT networks for control systems across ethernet and serial networks, including wireless, fiber, and copper media.
  • •Develop and tailor BAS, PLC, and power monitoring specifications (including Divisions 23/25/26) and verify compliance with applicable US codes and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •4 years of experience as an Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer (or controls contractor) creating controls submittals.
  • •Experience with BAS & PLC control system platforms.
  • •Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (PMS/EPMS).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects, including mission-critical environments.
