Depot Technician

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and calibration on ZOLL medical devices at the service depot. Maintain accurate service documentation and manage service assets, supporting audits and compliance with ISO 13485 and GDPMDS. Oversee depot workflow and workplace organization using 5S, while providing daily operational support to the Service Manager and contributing to continuous improvement—ensuring quality and safety throughout service activities.
