Job Summary

Coordinate front-of-house service during shifts to ensure smooth delivery, guest satisfaction, and strong team performance. Coach junior colleagues, manage service flow, table turnover, reservations, and VIP service standards. Serve as the main liaison between guests and kitchen/bar, maintain hygiene and food-safety compliance, and drive revenue accuracy through upselling, correct POS posting, and proper billing. Support opening/closing procedures, shift handovers, and events.
