Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day HR function in Germany in partnership with the CEO, senior leadership, and Centres of Excellence.
  • •Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth to support expansion.
  • •Ensure compliance with German labor law; oversee employee relations; collaborate with the Works Council; manage monthly payroll processes.
  • •Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational change, and HR transformation while embedding the OneGP philosophy.
  • •Lead and develop the local HR team to foster a collaborative culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive HR generalist experience, including several years in an HR leadership or management role within an international organization.
  • •Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • •Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across business levels.
  • •Business fluency in German and English.
