HR Manager - Germany

Lead the day-to-day HR function for Germany, partnering with the CEO, senior leadership, and regional Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth to support expansion. Ensure compliance with German labor law, oversee employee relations and works council collaboration, manage monthly payroll processes, and lead/develop the local HR team while supporting HR transformation.
