Job Summary

Drive innovation in internal business processes by turning ideas into demo-able products and scalable commercial solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Develop new ideas into demo-able products and ultimately commercial solutions.
•Collaborate with product owners, UX, engineering, and partner teams to gather and refine requirements across products.
•Lead rapid prototyping cycles from technical requirements through software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
•Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools; consult with leadership to align expectations and deliverables.
•Scale successful pilots to full commercial solutions and design robust, scalable architecture solutions across the internal technical ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MS/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD; alternatively 11+ years of relevant experience.
•9+ years with a Bachelor Degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
•Hands-on, technical skills across multiple stacks for web development, APIs, and mobile application development.
•Experience in ideation and incubation that has led to shipping products, with a track record of turning “one-line ideas” into products.
•2+ years in technical leadership roles with increasing responsibility, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
