  • •Manage daily distribution center operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch.
  • •Lead warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs for productivity, accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy through warehouse controls, cycle counts, and proper WMS utilization.
  • •Monitor stock movement and operational performance to support timely and accurate order fulfillment for stores and customers.
  • •Enforce safety, security, housekeeping, and compliance standards; collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain operations with team leadership responsibilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution processes, and logistics best practices.
  • •Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management tools.
