Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercial negotiations and structuring of PPAs/virtual tolling/revenue swaps or other offtake agreements for solar, BESS, hybrid and wind assets.
•Lead participation in federal/state level competitive tenders (CIS, LTESA, RCM, etc.).
•Structure project financing and manage processes from RfP to Financial Close for assets in the portfolio.
•Collaborate with internal workstreams (business development, legal, finance, technical) to ensure bankable solutions.
•Coordinate and oversee deal execution, including term sheets, transaction documents (HOT, SPA, JVA, SHA, JDA), and closing logistics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting/economics from reputable universities (or CFA equivalent)
•6-8 years’ renewable energy M&A and PPA experience in Australia (sell-side preferred)
•Proven track record in renewables deal execution and investor engagement
•Extensive investors’ and offtakers’ network in the Australian market
•Exceptional negotiation and communication capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
