•Agentic Creative Leadership: Guide the team to adopt AI technologies as conceptual partners, accelerating visual brainstorming and layout design by 30% without sacrificing craft.
•Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Present, pitch, and defend complex creative strategies to senior and executive audiences with clarity and persuasiveness.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of elite design leadership, with extensive experience in art direction, brand design, and multi-platform creative strategy at a top agency, client-side group, or leading tech company.
•Proven ability or heavy experimentation in leveraging generative AI stacks to scale creative ideation, advanced texturing, and rapid style prototyping.
•Systems-first portfolio showing typography, color systems, photography, and comprehensive brand identity applied at enterprise scale.
•Exceptional English communication skills with experience writing detailed creative briefs and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
•Ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional creative cells under tight deadlines.
