Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Dispatch: supervise the prompt handoff of dishes to riders and proactively resolve live issues between kitchens and partners.
•Ensure Food Safety: perform daily HACCP checks and maintain high standards of hygiene and site safety.
•Resolve Real-Time Issues: act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and follow internal processes to ensure a smooth customer journey.
•Aim for Site Excellence: collaborate with the Site Manager and Assistant Manager to meet KPIs and maintain high-quality service.
•Run Field Operations: manage opening and closing procedures and be ready to fill in any role on-site as needed.

Key Requirements

•Essential: strong multitasking ability to manage large volumes of information and multiple operational challenges simultaneously.
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to liaise with partners and customers.
•Initiative and autonomy to anticipate needs and act independently.
•Solid understanding of or willingness to become proficient in food safety and HACCP standards.
