Join the TikTok User Growth team to help drive accelerated global DAU growth. •Design and develop paid delivery systems for TikTok, Lemon8, and other businesses to grow global users.
•Construct basic services including overseas multi-data-center design, privacy compliance transformation, and data capture/postback.
•Develop major services such as advertising, material production, media channel connection, event management, and data attribution.
•Apply AIGC capabilities for material insights, intelligent template splicing, AIGC material effect verification, and capability accumulation.

Key Requirements

•Final year student with a background in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related majors.
•Familiar with Golang, Python, JAVA, and other programming languages/frameworks, with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge.
•Experience with system design and distributed architecture, including Linux, Docker, MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse, and related components.
•Familiar with the full software development lifecycle, including requirement decomposition, system design, development/testing, and online operation/maintenance.
•Internship experience in back-end development and participation in complete projects is preferred.
