Ensure ServisFirst Bank meets FDPA (Flood Disaster Protection Act) compliance requirements for life-of-loan transactions, including due diligence for Lender Placed Insurance and policy renewals. Coordinate with flood vendors, line of business partners, asset managers, and insurance agents to drive resolution of file analysis. Process and review insurance policies, UCCs, vehicle titles, cash collateral, and related documentation while managing regulated risk and supporting training and quality reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with flood vendors, LOB partners, asset managers, insurance agents, and stakeholders to drive completion and resolution of file analysis.
•Perform complex analysis and execution of regulated pre-close approval and life-of-loan servicing requirements, including identifying flood-eligible collateral.
•Lead and contribute to due diligence oversight across customer, loan, and regulatory stages of the life-of-loan process.
•Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including risk mitigation for FDPA portfolio exposure.
•Process and maintain collateral and documentation (e.g., UCCs, insurance policies, vehicle titles), including imaging, exception clearing, and weekly coverage review.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Two (2) or more years of related or similar experience.
•Basic knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation and related regulations.
•Ability to complete work timely with little to no supervision while meeting production goals.
•Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
