Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape complex, cross-system integrations early, including partner/alliance integration APIs and operational implications of the design.
  • •Identify root causes behind recurring toil and drive fixes and follow-up actions so issues don’t recur.
  • •Develop reusable templates, standards, and automation; coordinate with engineers who own systems when necessary.
  • •Drive delivery decisions with commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders, scoping solutions and making technical trade-offs.
  • •Mentor engineers (including non-engineers), surface risks and document deep-dive knowledge in runbooks, and participate in on-call support.

Key Requirements
