Job Summary

Execute safety, health, and environmental (HSE) practices by implementing PHS and CEMP plans, performing task analyses, evaluating hazardous conditions, and recommending control measures. Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions, conduct risk assessments and HSE audits, and deliver safety and environmental training. Track HSE performance metrics, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support management and project teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance through IMS-aligned processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
•Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures.
•Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence.
•Provide HSE training and education to employees and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
•Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, prepare HSE reports, and support regulatory and stakeholder liaison on HSE matters.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience (with 3 years relevant experience).
•Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
•Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits and implement effective control measures.
•Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs.
