Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner hands-on with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid prototypes that solve complex business problems.
  • •Lead the design of agentic AI experiences and own conversational UX end-to-end, including multi-step workflows with humans in the loop.
  • •Design and document assistant behaviors (tone/voice, grounded responses, refusal patterns, transparency cues, trust-building interactions).
  • •Own AI-first design system pattern areas and ship compliant patterns as code into the engineering build pipeline.
  • •Maintain automated design quality checks and guardrails, and create playbooks/pattern libraries for agentic and conversational workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of progressive UX design experience delivering high-impact digital products.
  • •Extensive experience with AI-driven design tools and platforms, using them for rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • •Proven expertise designing conversational UX (chat/voice) including dialog flows, conversation state, and escalation patterns.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, transparency, and safe failure modes.
  • •Experience shipping design system components/patterns into engineering pipelines and ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
