Job Summary

Own AI-first experience design for a major transformation, working daily with engineers and product owners to turn concepts into working proofs quickly. Lead agentic and conversational UX end-to-end, including assistant behavior, tone/voice, and safe interaction patterns. You’ll take personal responsibility for AI-first design system pattern areas, ship code into engineering pipelines, and maintain guardrails and quality checks, while mentoring peers and shaping measurable product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner hands-on with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid prototypes that solve complex business problems.
•Lead the design of agentic AI experiences and own conversational UX end-to-end, including multi-step workflows with humans in the loop.
•Design and document assistant behaviors (tone/voice, grounded responses, refusal patterns, transparency cues, trust-building interactions).
•Own AI-first design system pattern areas and ship compliant patterns as code into the engineering build pipeline.
•Maintain automated design quality checks and guardrails, and create playbooks/pattern libraries for agentic and conversational workflows.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of progressive UX design experience delivering high-impact digital products.
•Extensive experience with AI-driven design tools and platforms, using them for rapid prototyping and iteration.
•Proven expertise designing conversational UX (chat/voice) including dialog flows, conversation state, and escalation patterns.
•Demonstrated experience designing agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, approvals, transparency, and safe failure modes.
•Experience shipping design system components/patterns into engineering pipelines and ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
