Key Responsibilities

  • •In the first month, learn the existing tech approach, architect a scalable tech stack with emphasis on efficiency, UX, and data security, and integrate with 3rd party APIs; build a system to store consumer health information.
  • •In the first quarter, build the front end with designers, create dashboards for teams, automate tracking across multiple providers, and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns.
  • •In the first year, establish engineering processes as the company scales, build and mentor a world-class engineering team, and architect a highly customized backend infrastructure.
  • •Optimize audit trails for HIPAA compliance, and engineer intake surveys with logic jumps to efficiently collect consumer-reported health data.
  • •Collaborate with vendors, marketing, and bioinformatics teams to deliver a new standard of care in virtual and traditional clinical settings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software development.
  • •Fluent with python and modern javascript including React.
  • •Experience with AWS and SQL.
  • •Focus on encryption and data security; HIPAA exposure with Aptible/Heroku/AWS (optional).
  • •Ability to architect scalable backend infrastructure and participate in front-end development.
