Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, design, implement, and support Microsoft Windows-based servers and enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Group Policy, clustering, Exchange, and Skype for Business Server.
  • •Design and configure fiber channel networks and provide tier 3 systems support, troubleshooting system issues and incident response.
  • •Maintain system security by monitoring usage statistics/logs and addressing attempts to penetrate or corrupt server files.
  • •Perform administrative operation and maintenance of server hardware/software, maintain baseline configurations, and execute configuration modifications.
  • •Provide team leadership by training, mentoring, and guiding less experienced administrators, including reviewing work and recommending future direction to management.
