Key Responsibilities

•Drive fast time-to-value by owning a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments and getting customers to activated, value-realizing states within the 12-day target.
•Run a largely asynchronous deployment motion: manage go-live intake, activation, and follow-up using templated communication and self-service enablement, with occasional one-off calls when needed.
•Monitor and triage deployment health daily by sweeping open deployments, classifying status, and prioritizing accounts requiring attention.
•Troubleshoot common deployment blockers using internal runbooks and escalate non-standard technical or relationship issues to Senior PS Consultants, Support, or Engineering with clear context.
•Guide customers to full value by helping activate purchased products (IES, ATO, AISM, Email Productivity, and other add-ons) across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and uphold quality/CSAT standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,200 - 121,000

Key Requirements

•2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting delivering enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment.
•Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across a large portfolio of customer environments, including cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
•Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to support customer configurations and troubleshoot effectively.
•Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly and explain complex steps clearly in writing for non-technical customers.
•Proven ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects, prioritize ruthlessly, and consistently hit fast deadlines.
